#Ethiopia For the past 15 years, Ethiopian artist Tesema Temetme, who has been living in Qatar with his wife and four children, works full-time as an aircraft technician in the aviation industry.

He is currently working in the aviation industry. When asked about his profession, artist Tesema said, "In my free time, color entertains me. Colors are life and beauty to me. My favorite color choice is blue because it represents calm and peace. To me, peace and quiet is important when creating art. Also, I hope that all countries in war and conflict will find peace soon." He said

Were you artistic as a child? When asked, "Yes, I've always been fascinated by drawing and making things. I started my art when I was a child, as a Sunday student when we went to fetch water and cut wood. I used the wood to draw what I thought on the ground. My family and friends said I was talented. That's when I realized I could draw and wanted to paint."

I attended the Ethiopian University of Arts and graduated from a special painting course. It was at university that I honed my drawing skills, which helped develop my love for art."

Artist Tese is an artist who prefers to paint in the quiet of the night and when he is relaxed. Because if the environment is not free of noise and the mind is not free of negative thoughts, it is difficult to create "brushstrokes" and even easier to weave colors on the canvas.

Artist Tesema remembers that his career started in Ethiopia when he used wood as a tool to draw on the ground during his childhood. But now he uses different art tools to experiment with different techniques in paintings. Artist Tesema has a special love for his country Ethiopia by appearing in various media and his works of art reflect the nature, culture and social values ​​of our country.
