Preceded by a dance, the ballad "WHAT IS A YOUTH" comes from the film "Romeo & Juliet" by Franco Zeffirelli [1968]. This is the filmed version I prefer of Shakespeare's play. The two actors are gracefully fresh: Olivia Hussey (as Juliet) is in her spring and Leonard Whiting (as Romeo) too, Olivia almost out of time.

Romeo and Juliet actors seek compensation after 50 years for being naked on film

***

Romeo and Juliet stars Leonard and Olivia are seeking half a billion dollars in damages.

They sued Paramount Pictures for compensation.

These two famous actors acted as lovers in this movie in the year 1968.

They were only 15 and 16 years old then.

After 50 years, the two British actors were able to file a lawsuit claiming that our partial nudity was marketed without our permission.

Franco Zfirelli, who was the director of the film at the time, said that after telling us that you will not be seen naked, some of our bodies were shown in the film without our consent.

Therefore, the two actors who said that our bodies were traded in our youth, gave us half a billion dollars to the Paramount company, which they said had profited from the film for all this year.

Paramount Studios did not immediately respond.
