In the last three years, about 9.8 million citizens have been able to benefit by creating permanent job opportunities based on knowledge, Prosperity Party Executive Committee Member and Minister of Labor and Skills Mufrihat Kamil said.

 

During the mentioned period, the government has been working on various projects to facilitate the overall development of the country and accelerate its development.

 

ESA reported that they have implemented policies, decrees and operational systems that will raise the sector to a higher level by producing qualified manpower.

 

The minister also stated that in recent years, he has been focusing on creating a productive citizen with skills and creating job opportunities as well as making the relationship between employers and employees peaceful.

 

In addition to that, activities have been done to modernize the system of the sector and training institutions in order to produce qualified and skilled citizens.

 

The Minister pointed out that instead of being job protectors, Ethiopians should develop their capacity to create jobs on their own in order to speed up the overall development of the country.
