Reach for Change Ethiopia Unveils 13 Innovative EdTech Enterprises!

Reach for Change Ethiopia has announced its membership in the Mastercard Foundation's EdTech Fellowship for the year 2025.

Among the 13 educational technology solutions unveiled by the organization are "Ethio IQ" and "Yimaru Academy," both of which are prominent EdTech platforms.

Mrs. Mekdim Gulate, Director of Reach for Change Ethiopia, emphasized the significant role these 13 EdTech enterprises play in improving Ethiopia's education system. In an interview with Bisrat Radio and Television, she explained that through the Mastercard Foundation's EdTech initiative, they are working to address critical educational gaps and provide tools and opportunities for out-of-school youth to learn and thrive. She stated, "We are building on their vision and innovation to create solutions that empower young learners."

Looking ahead, Mrs. Gulate stressed their commitment to contributing to Ethiopia's transformation into an inclusive and prosperous nation. She highlighted that these enterprises receive financial support from the Mastercard Foundation to develop technology-driven solutions, which play a crucial role in expanding learning opportunities across Ethiopia.
