#Ethiopia Addis Ababa Housing Development Corporation's final warning to the owners of uninhabited condominiums that have been handed over through lots and auctions will expire today, November 30, 2017.

 

In the last warning given by the corporation, it is recalled that if the house owners do not enter their houses, the contract will be terminated by law.

 

The earlier deadline was November 30, but it was extended to November 30 for homeowners who are running out of time to renovate their homes.

 

The corporation stated that this is the last time limit;  He also said that residents who do not move in within the given time limit will have their sales contracts terminated and will be held responsible for any illegal activity in their homes.
