In September 2016, Achilles Building Contractor SA, a new company in the field; Champions Properties, a real estate marketer, built and sold a house in the area of ​​Sar Bet, but agreed to build and deliver it within two years, but was not working on the construction; He lost his possession. They said that they are not willing to return the advance payment. 

According to the petitioners; Although they have repeatedly tried to submit their request for the refund of the advance payment, the seller does not even have an office or address, and neither the managers nor the chairman of the board of the seller and the marketer are available; He said that we are in trouble because they do not respond properly and do not pick up the phone and it is very difficult to communicate. 

After repeated inquiries and inquiries, the seller informed us in a letter that he had lost his legal possession and received compensation and a replacement at another location. They said that they tried to force us to continue our contract at the changed place.

 However, the petitioners claim that we have bought the house; We have informed us that we did not agree because it was not agreed in another place and within the time limit that we had chosen; He said that we have repeatedly asked him to return our money legally. 

However, the seller ignored the request made by our petitioners in accordance with the contract and the law, and the compensation given to us by the city government is small because of unnecessary compromises. By saying that we are in bankruptcy and creating various other unnecessary excuses and we consider the parties to be in violation of the contract, according to the law and apart from the content of the contract, we will generally deduct 32% from the advance payment that each of us paid. 

Although we agreed with the seller that we would be the owner of the house by borrowing from the bank at a high interest rate and deducting from our daily savings, the money was out of our hands due to the fact that the agreement was not fulfilled. They expressed their great grief and complaint saying that we are being subjected to great social pressure and economic loss due to a concerted conspiracy and decision made by us to force them to sell their substitutes for the benefit of the seller and the marketer outside of the contract.
