Also: 200 replacement houses, 525 condominium houses, 1.1 billion Birr compensation for private property owners for the residents of our city who were removed from the hot spring area, Gulele and Arada sub-towns through development and riverside. The coastal areas of our rivers are polluted with sewage and wastes released from factories, which cause health problems for human beings and cause danger to people and property during the rainy season. Park We have started the development of 5.5 km long river bank.

Due to this development, we paid 1.1 billion birr as property compensation to the residents who had private property and gave 5.6 hectares of land in their chosen area.

We have handed over modern housing for about 200 residents.

 

For 525 residents who chose a condominium house, we fulfilled their request and paid 36.6 million birr as rent for 5 months until the construction of their house is completed.

We will continue to build a city where everyone can benefit fairly by solving the problems of our residents step by step.
