The Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation (EBC) recently announced that it is going to bring the Idol competition on TikTok.

 

The news was announced at the Tik Tok Creative Award ceremony which is currently being held at the Skylight Hotel. 

 

The head of ETV's entertainment channel, Teamrayehu Ourdmagene, said that ABC will start Idol on Tiktok to support the efforts of Tiktokers.

 

The head also sent a message to those who want to participate in the competition to start their preparations.

Ato Taamr Ayehu promised on behalf of Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation that ABC will return with the next TikTok Creative Award at a higher level than the current one.
