A forum was held by the Urban Affairs Office and relevant institutions regarding the rules and regulations of the Women's Wing of the Prosperity Party. 

 

Ms. Aynalem Mengesha, Head of the Organizational Sector of the Women's Wing of the Dire Dawa Branch of the Prosperity Party, who presented a discussion paper at the forum, pointed out that efforts are being made to ensure that women have a share in the process of building social and economic prosperity. 

 

Ms. Aynalem explained that efforts are being made to enhance the participation of women in all woredas of the administration, including various activities, including Gnazabe mobilization activities, to expand this organization among government employees. 

 

Ms. Aynalem, who indicated that there are continuous capacity building activities that will empower women at all levels of government administration and make them capable of assuming responsibility, commended the Urban Affairs Office for organizing today's forum. 

 

She stated that other institutions should also carry out activities that will empower women alongside their regular work missions. 

 

The rules and regulations of the Prosperity Party Women's Wing were explained in detail at the forum and were discussed extensively by the participants.
