Love to the grave

 

#Ethiopia Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation  has today signed an official contract with 'Essue Betub Film Production' to turn the novel "Love to the Grave" into a TV drama series.

 

ABC announced that the contract was signed by ABC CEO Fisha Yitagesu and famous film director Soumek.

 

As announced at the signing ceremony, ABC has agreed to turn the film/drama rights of the novel Love to the Grave into a television series with 'Being Human Film Production' and produce it in four seasons and 48 episodes.

 

The drama has an average length of 45 minutes and it has been agreed to pay 863 thousand 75 (eight hundred and sixty three thousand and seventy five) Birr for each episode including VAT.

 

At the signing ceremony, as the book has a historical content, it was agreed to make the story of the original book in a non-distracting and non-exaggerating manner while making it into a TV series.

 

"Being Human Film Production" has reached an agreement with the Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation to hand over the first phase of the drama, i.e., the finished works (Episodes 1-12) within five months, and complete (48 episodes) in the next nine months, the institute said.
