The agency will not tolerate employee disciplinary violations in the service delivery process! 

#Ethiopia | The Civil Registration and Residency Service Agency of Addis Ababa City Administration, based on a customer complaint filed at the Lemi Kura District 3 Office on February 26 at 10:52 AM, followed up on the matter. After collecting detailed information, the agency suspended Ato Natnael Bekele from his office on that day without waiting for the disciplinary process and his case was submitted to the disciplinary committee on March 4/2017. 

Regarding this situation, 20 days after the incident and corrections were taken, today, March 16/2017, ETV, in a press release, explained other detailed issues to the residents, including a statement by the Chief Executive Officer of Addis Ababa City Administration, Eng. His brother Setan presented. 

The institution has been working on many projects for the past two years to resolve serious complaints about employee ethics, starting with training. It monitors the services provided by all 11 district offices and 119 woreda offices through a central camera. It has established a clear system for holding accountable those who complain about service issues. Although it has not been able to completely eliminate problems, it has made significant improvements in the service. 

Although the agency is always ready to accept and correct the suggestions and complaints made by media institutions, it believes that institutions can be strengthened only when citizens are able to use the complaint resolution system established by the institutions. 

The agency expresses its appreciation for the coverage and suggestion provided by ETV and respectfully states that any complaint or suggestion can be made by calling 7533. We respectfully state that the lack of discipline of one employee does not reflect the entire service delivery of the agency and that there are many employees who serve the community with sincerity and respect, and the agency respectfully states that it is still working hard to correct such gaps.
