African Youth Leaders Diplomatic Summit is underway in Addis Ababa

The opening of the summit was attended by senior government officials, including former Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Ethiopia Hailemariam Desalegn and Minister of Women and Social Affairs Ergoge Tesfaye (PhD). 

 

According to EZE, the summit is intended to raise awareness among young people about diplomacy and international relations.

 

It is also considered an important platform for young people to develop knowledge and skills in global affairs, especially in leadership, diplomacy and negotiation.

 

It is also intended to be a platform for young people to engage in peace, change and other issues. 

 

The summit, organized by the Youth for Peace Dialogue Association in collaboration with the Continental Youth Alliance in Ethiopia, will be held for 3 days, including today.
