Aisha Mohammed (E/R) is participating in Aero India 2025

 

Addis Ababa, February 4, 2017 (FMC) Defence Minister Aisha Mohammed (E/R) is participating in the Aero India 2025 exhibition organized by India.

 

The exhibition organized by the Bangalore Air Force Station is said to be a showcase of India’s advanced military and civil aviation technology.

 

Aero India 2025, which is being held under the theme “A Journey to Create Billion Opportunities”, is India’s biennial air show and military aviation exhibition.

 

The event is widely attended by defence ministers, military commanders and the defence industry from all over the world, and a defence ministers’ conference was also held today.

 

Speaking at the conference, Aisha Mohammed (E/R) said that the exhibition has great value in strengthening global security, using modern technology and creating meaningful cooperation.

 

She also recalled that Ethiopia and India have a strong history of military cooperation over the past decade. 

 

She also stated that Ethiopia will continue to strengthen its efforts to further strengthen its relationship with India through military capacity building, knowledge exchange and technology transfer, according to the Ethiopian Embassy in India.
