In Budapest, Hungary: Athletes were tested
#Ethiopia Athletes representing Ethiopia in the 19th World Athletics Championship were defeated.
The 19th World Athletics Championships will be held from August 13 to 21, 2015 in Budapest, Hungary.
About 2,000 athletes from 200 countries are expected to participate in this championship.
In this competition, which will start on August 13, 2015, Ethiopia will also participate in competition distances from 800 meters to marathon.
Ethiopia will be represented by 19 women and 16 men in total of 35 athletes in this World Athletics Championship.
Athletes participating in the championship were tested today.
Various guests including Minister of Culture and Sports Kejela Merdasa, President of the Ethiopian Olympic Committee Dr. Ashebir Woldegiorgis, and Assistant Commissioner of the Ethiopian Athletics Federation Derartu Tulu attended the event.
