It is known that "volcanic eruption occurred" recently in Dofan mountain of Dulecha district, which is one of the areas where earthquakes were observed in Afar region.

“The volcano hasn't erupted yet. The volcano erupted should be corrected. We call it a Feriatic Eruption so far. 

Steam and rock fragments are ejected at high pressure. And there is water in the hot ground. That is, as the magma from below gets closer and closer. 

Because the water is trapped in the ground under heavy pressure, when the molten rock comes closer to the surface and eats the rock containing the water, the water boils so much that it is forced out through the cracks.

This is what has happened since yesterday. Of course, he swept away the mud and stone fragments. This is called a Feriatic Eruption. It is often one indication that the molten rock is nearing the surface.

But that doesn't mean it just explodes. It can explode. But it may not explode. 

But since yesterday, it was said in many places that 'it blew up'. This is incorrect. It's not that easy when a volcano erupts.
