The leaders of the Prosperity Party in Addis Ababa City Administration are currently engaging in a discussion forum centered around the directives set by the Central Committee of the party, guided by the principle of "speeding up and creating."

Mrs. Muferiat Kamil, a member of the party's executive committee and the Minister of the Ministry of Labor and Skills, initiated the forum. She emphasized that the central committee's focus on "speeding up and creating" necessitates transparent leadership at all levels.

Ms. Muferiyat expressed that the primary objective of the discussion forum is to address global, regional, and national matters. The forum aims to reflect on past successes and challenges, transforming obstacles into opportunities to achieve success and enhance preparedness.

Moges Balcha, a member of the Prosperity Executive Committee and the head of the city's Prosperity Office, expressed hope that the forum would equip leadership with the necessary capacity through information, knowledge, and analysis to fulfill their responsibilities effectively.

Mr. Moges highlighted the distinctive aspect of this discussion forum, as it involves leaders from the central committees of both federal and state levels. He emphasized that the participation of central committee leaders from outside the city administration fosters unity, solidarity, brotherhood, and sisterhood within the party.

Ato Moges further mentioned that the top leadership discussion forum would span four consecutive days. Once concluded, the forum would enable discussions among city administration leaders at all levels, disseminating the party's direction to all members and the public.
