Addis Ababa University has supported more than 12 million birr for higher education institutions of Tigray region

Addis Ababa University provided more than 12 million birr in kind and financial support to the rehabilitation of higher education institutions in the Tigray region.

 

It is stated that the support is 11 million birr in cash and the rest is computers and medical equipment worth one million birr.

 

Addis Ababa University President's Office Special Adviser, Engineer Soubayehu Mamo, said today that the aid has been sent to Tigray region, ESA reported.

 

The special advisor stated that the university is committed to continue such support. He also indicated that he will help in the rehabilitation works in terms of research and technologies.
