Inspired Development, in collaboration with the Dire Dawa Youth Federation, provided Mindset training to more than 200 young people from Dire Dawa Administration under the title of Visionary Hearts.

Honorable Mayor of Dire Dawa Administration, Ato Kedir Juhar, who attended the forum, shared his life experiences with the audience and said that young people should always be determined to achieve their dreams.

Mayor Kedir also said that one should respect family, overcome challenges with perseverance and love the country; he also advised not to be deceived by temporary things that hinder one's dreams.

Dire Dawa Youth Council President Ato Hamid Abdella said that today's forum is a learning platform designed to inspire the youth in our administration and to provide them with the opportunity to learn from successful people in their careers so that they can realize their dreams.

Ato Hamid added that the youth who participated in the training also registered 200 to 250 young people who were interested in the training digitally.

Inspired Development's General Director, Beydeneh Tamrat, said that today's forum has a great impact on helping young people overcome any challenges they face in their lives and live their dreams consciously. 

The youth we spoke to while participating in the forum said, "The forum is where we gained experience that will be useful for our future lives and encouraged us to use our time in a useful way and do work that will benefit ourselves and our country."
