#Ethiopia Ethiopian Athletics Federation is holding its General Assembly. 

 

In response to a question raised at the conference regarding the results of the Paris Olympics, the assistant commissioner of the president of the federation, Derartu Tulu, said that the results of the Olympics will be the reason for his resignation.

 

Mr. Umar, the representative of the Afar Region Sports Commission Commissioner, expressed his frustration that the assembly did not say anything about the results of the Paris Olympics. 

 

In response to the representative's question, it was explained that the competition was included in the 2017 fiscal year and that the Paris Olympics were evaluated separately. 

 

Meanwhile, the Assistant Commissioner of the Athletics Federation, Derartu Tulu expressed his condolences to the athletes who lost their results.

 

 "I'm getting worse because of the results of the Olympics," he said
