Ethiopia in martial arts sports on the international stage

 

#Ethiopia Grand Master Henoch Girma and Master Zerihun Asfaw, representing Ethiopia and Africa, completed the recognition and training program held in Korea yesterday, October 3, 2017, and received a warm welcome when they returned to their country. 

 

It has been said that eight-time Grand Master Henoch Girma has been appointed as the representative of African Taekwondo, and Master Zerhun Asfaw has been appointed as the President of the Global Traditional Taekwondo Federation of Ethiopia.

 

Grand Master Enoch Girma explained to various media institutions that during his stay in Korea, he had researched and supported the friendship between Korea and Ethiopia.

 

Master Zerihun Asfaw said that we are ready to cooperate with other professionals in all efforts to promote martial arts in Ethiopia. 

He stated that Ethiopia getting this opportunity will create great potential for the martial arts sport.

 

Grand Master Henoch Girma and Master Zerihun Asfaw expressed their gratitude to the institutions and individuals who have been striving to bring this success to Ethiopia.
