The business community at B/Da Taiwan Market Hall held an appreciation program for the leadership and members of the Police Fire and Emergency Department.
Today's thanksgiving program was held in the market center on the evening of July 25, 2014. In order to prevent any damage to human life and property or damage to property due to the fire, the members of the Fire and Emergency Division of the D/Da Police rushed to the scene and extinguished the fire. Mesfen Asfaw, chairman of the Dredawa Market Hall Business Association, who delivered a message in the thanksgiving program, said, "Dredawa police leadership and members, including the fire and emergency prevention division and the mayor of the administration, expressed their gratitude for their significant contributions by arriving at the scene quickly to prevent the fire from causing major damage. They also contributed cash prizes.
On the other hand, as part of this gratitude program, a grant of 30,000 Birr was also donated from the business community to the Afte-Isa Police Station where the shopping center is located.
The Chief of Fire and Emergency Prevention and Control Division, Commander Mohammad Ymer, who expressed his gratitude for the recognition award, said that every community should be careful to prevent such fires and accidents from happening.
