Italian High-Level Delegation Visits Addis Ababa University.

 

A high-level delegation from Italy, led by the Italian Minister of Higher Education and Research, Anna Maria Bernini, has visited Addis Ababa University.

 

The President of Addis Ababa University, Dr. Samuel Kifle, held discussions with the Italian Minister of Higher Education and Research, Anna Maria Bernini, the Italian Ambassador to Ethiopia, Agostino Palese, and other senior education officials.

 

During the discussions, an agreement was reached for the Italian Development Agency and the Polytechnic University of Turin to collaborate on the renovation of the Ethnographic Museum, an Ethiopian research and study institution under Addis Ababa University.

 

Additionally, the discussions included talks aimed at fostering collaboration between universities in the two countries.

 

Information from the university indicates that Addis Ababa University is currently collaborating with 13 Italian universities.
