Arsenal defeated Manchester City 5-1 in the 24th week of the English Premier League. 

 

Arsenal's winning goals were scored by Martin Odegaard in the 2nd minute, Thomas Partey in the 56th minute, Lewis Cahill in the 62nd minute, Kai Havertz in the 76th minute, and Eitan Newry in the 92nd minute. Erling Haaland scored the only goal for Manchester City in the 55th minute. 

 

With this, Arsenal is in second place with 50 points; Manchester City is in fourth place with 41 points. 

 

In other matches, Manchester United lost 2-0 to Crystal Palace at Old Trafford; Tottenham defeated Brentford 2-0.
