 Those who have done the best in the field of education have been recognized in the first-ever National Student Awards programme. 

 

Students who achieved excellent results in their studies were also awarded.

 

The award was organized by the Ethiopian Students' National Award Organization and awarded to students who have achieved national excellence and to students who have done good creative work. 

 

This award was created to support and revitalize the struggling education sector.

 

It is said that the education system in Ethiopia is getting weaker from time to time and it is necessary to encourage the students, teachers and investors who are doing better to cope with this.

 

For the first time, the National Award for Ethiopian Students was awarded to students from all regions who achieved the highest results in the 12th grade, teachers, investors who have done the best work in the education sector, and schools that have passed all the students who have passed the 12th grade exam in the past consecutive years.
