120 returnee women were trained and graduated in child support and care for free

Eshuru Child Support and Care Training Institute received financial support from the International Organization for Migration and graduated 100 returnees from various Arab countries in the field of child support and care. The organization also provided 20 trainees with free training related to child care for two months.

Salomon Mulugeta, the managing director of the organization, told Bisrat Radio that he trained free of charge the citizens returned from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Yemen, Bahrain and other Arab countries in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration.

Graduated trainees are from Addis City, Bole and Kolfe Karanyo sub-cities and it has been stated that the institute will facilitate job opportunities for the trainees in addition to the training. According to the managing director, the employees have been trained to provide the appropriate close and take responsibility for the increasing crime committed by domestic workers.

It is said that in three sub-cities, which are said to have a large number of returnees, women who could not get the training were separated and received the training. Ato Solomon said that the organization has put more than 8,000 trainees into work since its establishment, adding that the lack of qualified professionals in the field has also been addressed, he told Bisrat Radio.
