The largest part of the budget is the capital budget that is used for the implementation of projects, the implementation of projects that solve the problems of the society and poverty alleviation, the sectors that provide basic services and others.

Thus, 55 percent of the capital budget and 45 percent are used for regular expenses, according to the budget plan.
