The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia is working to increase the services provided based on the needs of customers: Mr. Ahmed Shide.

The Minister of Finance, Ahmed Shide, who is the chairman of the board of directors of the bank, said that the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia is working hard to increase the services it provides based on the needs of customers.

The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia has launched Customer Service Month from December 24th to January 25th under the guiding principle of "Superior Service Happy Customer".

The Minister of Finance, Ahmed Shede, Chairman of the Bank's Board of Directors, Abe Sano, President of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, as well as the bank's senior managers and employees were present at the launch of the program. 

It was pointed out that in the survey, there will be a discussion with customers about the bank's service delivery, a week-long appreciation and thanks to customers.

At the same time, Mr. Ahmed Shide said; The contribution of customers to the Bank's achievements over the past 82 years is significant. The customers thanked the bank for trusting them and working with them.

He said that the bank's board of directors is monitoring the implementation by setting directions to respond to the needs of the bank's customers.

He indicated that the bank is working hard to strengthen the services provided based on the needs of customers.

In the past years, they have made it accessible to customers by launching new services based on customer needs.

The bank's board of directors has confirmed that it will work with determination to make the bank's service excellence.

The President of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Abe Sano, said that the bank has more than 45 million customers, ESA reported.

The customers across the country also thanked for their contribution to the growth and sustainability of the bank. He further confirmed that the bank will work diligently to provide access to services based on the needs of customers.
