The top leaders of Addis Ababa city administration stated that they have taken a common position without leadership at all levels to continue Ethiopia's journey of prosperity by fighting the efforts to gain profit in the political market and the activities of extremism.

More than 1,000 officials at different levels of responsibility in the city administration from the district held a two-day discussion forum.

Following the completion of the discussion, the deputy mayor of the city administration, Jantarar Abay, and the head of Addis Ababa's Prosperity Party office, Tholso Alemu, made a statement.

In their statement, the leaders of the capital have conducted a thorough assessment of the national and political security situation in the forum and stated that the implementation direction has been set with a common understanding.

Ato Jantarar stated that he has set a direction with great responsibility and commitment to work cooperatively for common development and benefit by strengthening the peace and unity of the people.

Realizing that political business actors are especially a challenge to the leadership, he believes that it is important to have a leadership that responds accordingly.

The deputy mayor said that great efforts were being made to overcome the problems by understanding the situation Ethiopia was in. He mentioned that it was possible to achieve success in the exam in the process.

He said that in this process, a common position has been taken that it is necessary to prepare for better success in the future by taking the results recorded as a good experience.

The head of the Addis Ababa Prosperity Party office replied, During the two-day leadership discussion, he stated that there was an understanding of standing together to work for sustainable development and prosperity by fighting and eliminating the problems of peace and security together.

Realizing that there are internal and external activities that threaten the peace and security of the capital city and its residents, he said that the leadership must work together more than ever before.

The leaders of the capital expressed that they have taken a common position to be more ready than ever to serve the people by thwarting plans of destruction that are obstacles to peace and development, and by fighting against theft and corruption.

It was also raised in the forum that we should face challenges together while continuing the progress of Ethiopia and the successful activities that have been started.

It has been stated that the leadership has taken a common position to fight against activities to create conflict between the residents of the capital, who are bound by culture, ethnicity and faith.

He raised that it is a matter of time to fight together against the destructive activities to gain profit in the political market on various occasions and shortcuts.

Therefore, a common position was taken that the leaders of the capital city should work day and night to fight against destructive activities and solve the daily problems of the residents.
