Ato Mustefe Muhumed made a surprise visit to service delivery institutions in the region

The Head of the Somali Regional State, Ato Mustefe Muhumed, visited the service delivery institutions in the region. 

 

The Head of the State toured the service delivery process of the regional Urban Development and Construction Bureau, Revenue Bureau and Trade and Transport Bureau.

 

The Head of the State observed the activities being carried out to achieve the active institutional reform process that has begun in the region.

 

During the visit, it was pointed out that the service delivery process in each institution should be supported by technology and carried out effectively.

 

It was also pointed out that there is a need to increase the satisfaction of the community by providing fast and efficient services to citizens.

 

In addition to the service delivery institutions, the Head of the State visited the corridor development work being carried out in Jigjiga city.

 

The first phase of the 30 km corridor development project in the city is currently underway, with construction of 10 km.

 

When completed, it is said that it will create an opportunity for Jigjiga City to become a regional hub, making it more beautiful and livable.
