Ambasal District Culture and Tourism Office has announced that many tourists have attended this year's celebration.

It has been stated that the Geshen Debre Kerbe celebration, apart from its religious significance, has a great contribution to the prosperity and tourism of Ambasal district and the surrounding districts.

In order to increase the number of tourists who come to Geshen Debre Kerbe, the museum of heritage storage was opened for service on September 17, 2012, according to the information we received from Ambasel District Communication.

The Feast of Queen Mary of Geshen is celebrated on September 21 and January 21 every year.
